This business used Flint Hill Technogies to develop a web-based portal to manage
every aspect of the company's process from project management and data management
to human resources, finance, and timesheets.
This project began as a simple tracking of phone calls into a centralized HR provider,
but then expanded into a human resources content portal and management tool.
This system started out as a scheduling system for managing home health aides and
nurses. Gradually, additional features were added such as a billing interface
to QuickBooks, and a payroll export to ADP. Recently, a new mobile application
was developed for Tablet PCs so that visiting nurses can record client assessment
data at the patient's home, and automatically synchronize later with the corporate
database when an Internet connection is available.
This web-based application included budgeting, scheduling, and document-tracking
features.
